I went on a hiking trip on the 19th of November. The forest was full of colourful foliage, and we enjoyed the whole trip and were completely healed by nature! Shameer taught us tips like walking slowly on the climbs, which helped focus our attention and reduce fatigue. It was very effective! Especially there was a great atmosphere along the way. The three of us felt like we hadn’t seen each other for a long time, and there was a great atmosphere along the way.
I will definitely be signing up for another hiking trip in 2023! Maybe I’ll want to take on a more extended hiking trip then! Also, I’m a Chinese international student and would really, really encourage any student like me to join this trip and not just stay in the city!!! Come for a walk in the forest! Everything is amicable.
