As Nature Kicks (A Shameer Shah Project) can accept your order/contribution/donation and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. Services & Goods

The description of the Services including all hikes, camps, trips, gift vouchers and any Goods including fine art photography prints is as set out in the Website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the services including hikes, camps, trips, gift vouchers and size and colour of any Goods/Prints supplied.

In the case of Services and any Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specification you provide is accurate.

All Services and Goods which appear on the Website are subject to availability.

We can make changes to the Services and Goods which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.

Services

Contributions

The Nature Kicks (A Shameer Shah Project) allows for voluntary contributions and donations whereby helping to cover all logistics required in order to find locations, map out, create routes, risk assess, photograph and capture the beautiful, hidden gems of the British Isles and wilderness, and report them back to you.

Information documenting and reporting can be in the form of photographs, video, blogs, newsletters or any other medium seen fit to document on.

The voluntary contributions are the amount you select or input your own amount which will be donated towards a monthly recurring or one-off donation.

Each tier of contribution sets out its own value of what you’ll receive in return for your donation and support.

Information for New Hikers

Set your sights on regular hiking adventures with Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club and Friendly Footpaths Club. The hikes vary in duration and length and meant for exploring the great outdoors, rain or shine. Bring food and water – refreshments are typically unavailable during the hikes. We also recommend boots or sturdy shoes for all hikers and extra clothing depending on the forecast. Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club and Friendly Footpaths Club reserve the right to deny anyone dressed inappropriately from joining the hike. All members who sign up for the Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club or Friendly Footpaths Club will receive an email with a detailed information pack.

Accountability & Commitment

At Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club and Friendly Footpaths Club, we take safety to heart. As an adventurer partaking in the hikes, you are responsible for ensuring that you are safe and aware of any potential risks. Though we are more than willing to lend a helping hand, the club leadership and guides cannot accept liability if anything occurs during hikes and activities. By joining the club on a walk, you understand and agree to rightfully own any responsibility for yourself and your belongings.

Your Consent

The Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club and Friendly Footpaths Club accept its responsibility to make its courses as safe as is reasonably practicable. However, adventurous activities are inherently hazardous and cannot be entirely risk-free, however hard we try.

A large proportion of the hikes are led on a first-time basis with the experience and knowledge of a guide. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to change course or abandon the hike if deemed unnavigable and dangerous.

Accidents can happen without contributory negligence from Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club or its staff. Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury.

A consent form is required to be signed by all participants/members. An activity and hiking consent form must be read, signed and electronically sent to me@shameershah.com upon signing up for a membership and before a hike, trek or any outdoor activity. The consent form is always emailed to you on confirmation of your booking. These terms and conditions of Nature Kicks (A Shameer Shah Project) are legally binding. Nature Kicks (A Shameer Shah Project) can refuse a participant from engaging in any outdoor activity without a signed consent form. In the case where a participant is refused to engage in any outdoor activity arising from noncompliance with the terms and conditions, no refund is payable.

Your Membership

We organise epic club/group hikes every six weeks and members-only events. Enjoy all this and more as a fully-fledged member of the Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club and Friendly Footpaths Club. Be sure to let us know if your email address or mobile number changes at any point, as this is vital to getting you the most out of the membership.

Club hikes are arranged for weekdays and weekends and all year round. A member-only club hike is arranged every six weeks, with eight yearly hikes. All members will be notified of the trip/event date in advance. There will also be other member-only events, such as socials and meet-ups which we encourage you to attend.

Hike Conditions

We prioritise hikers’ safety and well-being at the Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club and Friendly Footpaths Club. As such, any newcomers to our club are required to join a beginner to moderate graded hike. The hike leader also reserves the right to deny entry to those they believe are unprepared or unsuccessful in handling the hike. Hikers must be cautious when joining the walks, as your health and safety always come first. The Nature Kicks Hiker’s Club and Friendly Footpaths Club will ensure that day hikes are graded beginner to intermediate to accommodate all club members.

In the case where a participant is refused, prohibited or disallowed to engage in any outdoor activity arising from noncompliance with the terms and conditions, no refund is payable.

Photography Prints & Art

Information for photography print & art buyers

• Limited Edition: The size and print are limited. A4 & A3 only 50. A2 only 20. Once the threshold is reached, prints of no more sizes will be available — the edition number will be assigned to the purchase order.
• Copyright watermark will not be printed on the final print.
• Limited edition print, signed by Shameer Shah and edition recto.
• All images are digitally hand printed on demand, inspected and delivered to your address.
• Print Description: Printed on demand. Printed on Tetenal Premium Fine Art Lustre Pro 310gsm. Tetenal Fine Art is a bright white paper with exceptionally high depth and a large colour gamut and image definition. The art paper is regarded as top of the line. It is often used for exhibitions and limited-edition art prints. Using the premium coating ensures the typical gloss that makes this paper a close match to traditional photographic fine art fibre-based papers, which is stunning thanks to excellent image quality and brilliant colour gradation.
• Delivery in the UK typically takes 10-12 days. International delivery usually takes 18-20 days. Tube roll secure packaging.
• EU and International customers: Final prints are shipped with duties unpaid (DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid), so you may need to pay any required duties when your order arrives.
• Please note – Colours seen on the computer or device screen may differ slightly from the hand-printed final print.
• Each print’s size refers to the paper size, not the image itself. The image covers about 85% of the print, leaving space for signing and framing.
• Print only. All prints come unframed — pictures of framed art for illustrative purposes only.
