Dockey Wood is a beautiful stretch of forest in The Chilterns
The Dockey Wood is a beautiful stretch of forest in The Chilterns, on the very edge of Ashridge Estate to be precise. It is well known for its stunning carpet of bluebells in the springtime. This hike is certainly one for all the family, young and old. Simply fantastic to know that Dockey Wood in The Chilterns has flora whose species date back to the medieval time. To rub shoulders with such history is definitely worth a visit!
