Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese term that means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or “forest bathing.” Now imagine sitting in a forest, woodland or any natural habitat and “taking in the local wildlife by spotting, imagining and absorbing the life they live” or “wildlife bathing”.
