  • 4 wild woodland mushrooms

  • 1 White onion

  • 1 courgette

  • 1 red pepper

  • Grated Emmental cheese

  • Lebanese 7 spice mix

  • 1 large rustic west country cheddar cob (most supermarkets / bakeries have this or similar)
