Adventure Campsite Cooking – Wild Woodland Mushroom and Toasted Garlic Pasta
Wild woodland mushroom is what I’m looking forward to! I had found a very nice parking spot for the night for Mac, my Westie dog and myself. I had just come off a 5 mile woodland hiking trail after capturing some low light, nature photography shots and the sun was soon going to set.
It was a semi-soggy, energy sapping trail hike and I was hungry. So, Wild Woodland Mushroom & Toasted Garlic Pasta is what I cooked up for my campsite cooking dinner.

Ingredients…
1 large wild woodland mushroom (only pick in the wild if you know edible mushrooms from poisonous ones)
1 red onion
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
Butter (or olive oil if you prefer)
Chopped tomato tin
Steak seasoning (it’s vegetarian)
Medium hot paprika
Salt & Black pepper
Penne pasta or any you prefer
